Holsworthy Town Council is pleased to announce that, due to popular demand, we will be holding two additional Christmas Markets on:
Wednesday 10th December & Wednesday 17th December
9:00am – 3:00pm in the Square, Holsworthy
Come along and enjoy a festive atmosphere, browse a fantastic selection of local stalls, pick up some last-minute Christmas gifts and support our wonderful local traders. There will be lots of seasonal treats, crafts and a warm community welcome for everyone.

• Bounce & Rhyme, Thursday 4th, 11th & 18th – 2:15pm-2:45pm (term time only). Songs and stories for children 0-4 years old.
• Photography for Wellbeing, Thursday 4th – 11am-1pm. Free to attend but limited places – please book with library staff.
• Willow Wreath Workshop, Saturday 6th – 2pm. Free to attend but limited spaces – please book with library staff.
• Lloyds Bank Community Banking, Monday 8th & 22nd – 2pm-4pm. Free drop in sessions.
• Felt Ornament Workshop , Thursday 11th – 10:30am. Free to attend but limited spaces – please book with library staff.

• Self Service Baby Weigh. Every Thursday 1pm-4pm.
• Lego and games for children. Every Saturday – 10am-12pm
Christmas & New Year Opening Hours: Open Monday 22nd then closed until Monday 29th. Open Wednesday 31st 10am-5pm (please note, closing at 5pm not 6pm). Closed Thursday 1st January then back to usual opening hours.
Holsworthy Library
There are lots of exciting things happening at your local library. In addition to a great range of books you can use your library membership to access free eBooks and audiobooks via the Borrowbox app. We also have free public computers and Wi-Fi as well as printing, copying and scanning facilities. It is free to join the library, and we are a friendly, welcoming space open to all. Free hot drinks are available, and people are encouraged to use the library as a place to relax, work and socialise as well as to find their next great read!
For children, the library offers weekly Bounce and Rhyme sessions, a Saturday Club, craft activities and stories during the holidays as well as the popular Secret Book Quest and Libro’s Friends reading schemes.
We regularly host a Lloyds Community Banker, evening talks and other events so keep an eye out for posters or on our social media and website.
