Holsworthy’s Annual Towns Meeting & Presentation Evening
Residents are kindly invited to attend Holsworthy Town Council’s Annual Town Meeting and Presentation Evening.
Date: Wednesday 13th May 2026
Time:6.45 for a 7pm start.
Location: Holsworthy Memorial Hall
This is an opportunity for local electors to:
– Ask questions about local matters
– Hear about the work of the Town Council
– Celebrate the presentation of community grants and awards
– Meet your Town Councillors
Refreshments will be available after the meeting.
We look forward to welcoming you to an informative and friendly evening.

Inflatable Theme Park – In aid of the Mayor’s Charities
This weekend, 25th & 26th April 2026, Bouncy Castle Kingdom will be coming to Holsworthy!
Location: Stanhope Park, Holsworthy
Date: 25th April 2026 & 26th April 2026
Session Times: 10am-12pm / 12.30pm-2.30pm / 3pm-5pm
A percentage of all ticket sales will go toward the Mayor’s Charities for 2025/26.
Advanced Notice – Stanhope Play Park
Stanhope Play Park will be closed to facilitate improvements.
This will be from 20th April until 27th April 2026.
Easter Bank Holiday – Collection Dates
With the Easter bank holiday fast approaching, Torridge District Council is reminding residents that there will be some changes to their usual waste and recycling collection days. 🐰🥚♻️
All refuse and recycling collections will take place one day later than usual from Friday 3 April, with normal schedules resuming on Monday 13 April.

– Community activities
