Remembrance Preparations

Councillors J. Tadman & D. Cole have been busy placing poppy crosses next to each World War 1 Memorial Tree at Stanhope Park.

Holsworthy Town Council decided poppy crosses would be a great additional way to commemorate the lives lost during the World Wars.

A big thank you to our councillors for their hard work and dedication to Holsworthy.

There will be a Remembrance Parade on Sunday 9th November from 2.30pm in the Square.

A Remembrance Service on Tuesday 11th November at 11am in the Square, organised by the Royal British Legion.

Followed by a Remembrance Service at Stanhope Park by the Memorial Tree at 11.30am.

Everyone is welcome to attend.
